Frequently asked questions
Once an interactive Flow has been published via your ReelFlow Workspace and the ReelFlow Player is live on a webpage, it is an 'Active Flow'. Our Starter Plan includes your first 3 Active Flows.
You are welcome to create as many Flows in your Workspace as you like; only Flows that you publish are considered 'Active'.
A 'Video Impression' is counted every time a video reel is delivered to a visitor. Because the ReelFlow Player is interactive and Flows can be published across different pages, a single visitor will often generate multiple Video Impressions during their session.
You can track the number of Video Impressions via the Billing & Usage section in your ReelFlow Workspace.
We won’t shut off your Active Flows - we will notify you when you’re nearing your limits and you can upgrade to the next plan or discuss your requirements. The only time we’d ever pause any Active Flows would be major or persistent exceeding of our usage limits.
ReelFlow is a "no-code" tool. You simply copy a small snippet from your Workspace and paste it into the <head> of your website (works with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Squarespace and more, including any custom sites). It takes about 2 minutes, and you can usually do it yourself without a developer, following the guides in our Help Centre.
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Downgrading or cancellation happens at your next billing cycle. No penalties, no awkward conversations with account managers, just flexibility when your needs change.
Yep - on our Business, Custom and Enterprise Plans, we provide a range of services to help you get up and running quickly and easily.

We provide guides and best-practice tips on creating video yourself, and there are many incredible, free and low-cost video tools in the market today. With just a smartphone and a little know-how, anyone can create studio-looking video content.
For Customers on our Business Plans, we can collaborate with you through our video services. From suggested Flows and accompanying scripts, to remote and in-person video production services and our AI Video Stand-In features, we’ve got you covered. With just a 2 minute ‘training’ video uploaded, we can create a lifelike AI Stand-In which you can then use to generate your video reels. Once your Stand-In is trained and ready, all you need to do is record your own audio and upload the file, or generate realisting sounding audio from text.
