New in the Dashboard

• Faster end-to-end video processing - We parallelized the video processing pipeline (rather than forcing step of the process to happen linearly, one after the other), cutting the time taken from upload to ready-to-go by roughly 40-50%! Webm generation is also now about 30 seconds faster, same quality, and quicker to load for visitors too.

• Handy links to dashboard flyovers - We’ve added more direct “deep link URLs” for access to features like open the Library flyover, open the Caption Editor flyover, open the AI labels settings, and goto the Flow Builder Activation Tab on any Flow - perfect for sharing links in emails or Knowledge Base articles rather than writing out “click this, then click that”

• Salesforce Chat integration - Connect Salesforce Enhanced Web Chat to the Player and Dashboard for real-time visitor support.

• Stand-in generator now remembers your last audio script - The Stand-in script editor now automatically remembers and keeps your last script from any audio-generation, so you won’t lose work if you step away then return later to generate a new version.

• Detect Flows with Unpublished changes using new “blue dot” indicator - A new blue dot flags Flows that have been edited since they were unpublished, both in the table and in the editor. This makes things clearer and more consistent when working with older Flows.

• Stronger click-jack prevention.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a number of invalid player step possibilities - Overlay and Inline players can no longer be accidentally set up with actions that don’t make sense (like closing the player as step one).

• Stopped stray, costly API calls when Player not yet installed properly - Player no longer pings the server when the Install Code Workspace ID is missing.

• Page URL Store now only accepts path URLs, stopping URL autocomplete lists getting clogged with invalid URLs.

• Published Flows can no longer accidentally be deleted without unpublishing first.

• Password validation errors now clear properly once a valid password is entered.
