New Features in the Dashboard Scripting • Export Flow Builder scripts, ready for studio teleprompters – Download all the final scripts from any Flow as txt files ready to open in any teleprompter for studio recording. Or use for script review when editing scripts inside the Flow Builder. Flow Builder & Previews • New Option: Hide the Eye-catcher – New Activation tab toggle to show/hide the Eye-catcher, useful when using “click to launch” or the API to hide and show flows when you don’t want the eye-catcher showing up. • Simulated Previews - now live – Out of beta. Cleaned up user experience, the welcome message became a modal and we updated the toasts. Now available for everyone to try out and browse Flows, even before their Install Code is ready! • More accurate character counts for validation – We’ve updated all the character counts estimations in the Flow Builder to reflect values closer to real life for eye-catcher message, button length etc. • Step-change warning/confirmation – Changing a Step type in Flow Builder now warns you first if it would wipe out any sub-steps. • Faster Activation Page validation – Flow Builder warnings for pages containing the # character now show as-you-type, rather than having to wait for pre-flight checks to complete. Navigation • Type-to-find a Workspace – Your sidebar workspace now shows a text search when you have more than 5 Workspaces assigned to your user. Video Management & Library • Trim & adjust Playback Speed of videos – Customers can now trim any uploaded video, and adjust the playback speed right in the Player - means you don’t have to use video editing software to make these critical and regular adjustments. • Review Caption improvements – “Captions not yet reviewed” state is less ambiguous in the Library and Flow Builder - and more obvious when videos are not reviewed yet, and making it a single click from the Library to review the captions. • Example Flow & video thumbnails added automatically – New Flows from examples now immediately pull in the right thumbnails, so the Dashboard won’t use placeholders for all newly created Flows and Video reels. • Library scroll behaviour – The table of reels the Library page is scrollable when the flyover is open, so other rows can be clicked normally, and removing an extra click to swap videos. Makes life a little more convenient when looking through video reels in the Library. • Filtered search improvements – Performance, Library, and Flows tables now have better messaging when there are zero results for a search.
