Benefits for Visitors to Customer Websites (Player & Flow Experience)

 • Video auto-rewinds on unmute - When a visitor unmutes a Player for the first time, the Reel now rewinds to the start so they hear the full audio from the beginning - no more missing the first few seconds. Fixed by popular request!

New in the Dashboard

 • Player styling is now editable in Workspace Settings - Set player colours, button styles, and visual configuration directly from Workspace Settings without requesting help from support. Button colours, corner radii, video size, and eyecatcher position are always shown; other fields appear only if a value has already been set.
 • Usage report periods now align with your billing date - Usage tab now shows reporting periods starting on the date a subscription actually began, not always the 1st of the month. Signed up on the 14th? Your reporting period starts on the 14th.
 • Flexible page URL matching for Flows (experimental, on request) - Customers with this enabled can set an activation URL to match any path starting with a given prefix e.g. /app/ covers /app/tracker, /app/?query=123, etc. Metrics are grouped together.


Bug Fixes

 • Uploading silent videos now fully supported - Videos with no audio track now complete the full processing pipeline. Previously these were prone to getting stuck and never fully processing.
 • Fixed a crash when clicking “Create Reel” from the dashboard navigation
 • Fixed a crash when opening the Usage tab in Settings
 • Fixed Library upload freezing part-way through when uploading multiple files at once
 • We upgraded a lot of front-end libraries which we expect to significantly improve dashboard stability
