Over the past two months we’ve continued making improvements to the ReelFlow experience, and here’s a selection of highlights:
Improvements for Visitors in the Player
- Better playback experience:
- Enabled faster video loading times via infrastructure upgrades.
- The ReelFlow Player now shows our new Content Labels for videos as well as a new subject nameplate design, to help build trust with your website visitors.
- We resolved bugs affecting sound preferences and generally improved the Player resilience to the influence of existing webpage styles.
Improvements to the Dashboard & Flow Builder
- Performance boosts:
- Major page speed improvements when viewing Flows, Library and Settings screens, as well as when using the Flow Builder (up to 5× faster in some cases).
- Flow & video management:
- We added a richer Flow Overview for better at-a-glance information in the Flow Builder .
- Provide a highly requested option to download your videos from the Library.
- Added video content labelling when uploading videos.
- Player styling and customisation:
- Flow styling adjusted so individual Flow styles now override Workspace-level styles.
- Install code:
- New Install Code checks indicate in Settings when no visitor events have been received in the past four days.
