Benefits for Visitors to Customer Websites (Player & Flow Experience)

• Less heavy eye-catcher previews - The 3-second eye-catcher preview now has a WebM version, which supporting browsers load instead of the MP4 (matching what we did with the main videos before). Smaller files mean faster loading for visitors. Other browsers still get the MP4.

New in the Dashboard

Flow Builder

• Copy & paste Steps in Flow Builder - Copy everything in a Step (script, type, buttons, contents) and paste it onto another Step in the same Flow or another Flow in the same Workspace from the menus. Undo/redo works as normal. Copy works in View mode, paste needs you to be in Edit mode.

Library

• Sharper reel names - Uploads no longer get “Video reel” added to their name, and Stand-in reels are now named after the Stand-in, e.g. “Nick - [code]“. Existing reels keep their current names.

• Tables sort A-Z first - Clicking a text column heading now sorts A-Z on the first click instead of Z-A.

Bug Fixes

• Player interactions from visitors we can’t read are now saved as events nstead of failing, so they are now counted in performance data for the first time.
