Benefits for Visitors to Customer Websites (Player & Flow Experience)

- Lighter/better performance on pages with multiple Overlay players - You can now switch off the eye-catcher from the Activation tab in the Dashboard or with the new ReelFlowSettings via the API (instead of requiring dashboard access).

New in the Dashboard

Flow Builder

- Faster Flow Builder for the largest Workspaces - The Flow Builder now loads only the reels a Flow actually uses, and the Library flyover loads in batches as you scroll. Working in Flow Builder with lots of videos should feel much quicker and responsive. Search and sort of the videos have also been optimized as part of this.

- Step Titles fill themselves in - When you add and label a new button for a Step, the Step Title now picks it up automatically, so you stop creating dozesn of Steps labelled “Welcome”!

Library

- Pick the Caption language at upload without navigating away - The transcription language is now set directly in the upload flyover (Library and Flow Builder), so there’s less chance of captions being processed in the wrong language. Because of this the “Transcription settings” link is gone from the Caption Editor as its no longer relevant.

Bug Fixes

- The Review Captions status now updates in the Library table as well as the flyover once you approve captions, stopping it getting out of sync for the user.

- Table headings on the Library page now line up with their data, and we’ve made tables consistent across Flows, Performance and elsewhere.

- Long URLs with lots of query parameters no longer break the job that feeds URL autocomplete in the Flow Builder.
