Benefits for Visitors to Customer Websites (Player & Flow Experience)

• New Eye-catcher actvation on scroll - There’s a new option to set the eye-catcher to appear for your visitors only after scrolling a specified distance down the page e.g. after scrolling 200px. Find the setting in the Flow Builder Activation tab with the existing options.

New in the Dashboard

• Faster Library - The Library now loads only the reel attributes it needs, so the page opens quicker even when you have a lot of videos.

• Better, clearer and skippable Caption Editing approvals - Approving captions is now a deliberate step, and now you can also skip it. No more accidental approvals when browsing through the Library.

• Click-to-seek when trimming - In the Trim Adjustments flyover, click a point on the trim line to jump straight to that moment in the video - this wasn’t working as expected before. Also all video previews across the dashboard now use any video Adjustments already applied (except for captions).

• Faster “Ready to Go” state for uploaded videos - Reels reach Ready to Go sooner now that audio processing marks immediately once it’s ready to work with.

Bug Fixes

• An unresponsive Play button now works in cases where the browser blocks autoplay on a page

• The mobile Overlay Player renders full screen correctly when it’s set to appear on the left-hand side.

• The eye-catcher and player no longer show a magnifier when you hold down on a touch screen to increase playback speed.

• Saving caption edits no longer fails when a generated VTT has an empty line after a timecode.

• Domains with ccTLDs or subdomains in the prefix are now accepted in the user invitation approval list, not just top level domains as before.

• Modals and tabs on the Dashboard no longer sometimes blink.

• Viewing a deleted reel’s flyover in the Library no longer shows a 404 after reload.

• Changing reel adjustments show straight away, making the Library flyover view more reliable.
