New in the Dashboard

- Upload video right in Flow Builder. No need to leave Flow Builder and go to the Library first! Add videos immediately and directly while you’re still building out the Flow.

- Video reels mark themselves as ready earlier. As soon as captions are ready, the Reel becomes ready to use, so you no longer have to wait for other assets to complete before we tell you it’s ready. The impact is making the user experience feel faster.

Bug Fixes

- Prevent buttons from self-referencing themselves. We’ve improved validation so that Flows can no longer accidentally include a button that sends a video back to itself, sometimes encountered in the Flow Builder for chat-generated Flows.

- Hidden Salesforce chat launcher. For customers on our Salesforce integration, the player now hides Salesforce’s native “Start a Chat” launcher, so visitors see one way to start a conversation instead of two.

- The Dashboard no longer needs extra scrolling on iPad and iPhone when the sidebar is open.

- Changing the caption transcription language from the Library video flyover now takes you back to the upload flyover with your selected videos still there.

- Reel flyover details and search filters now stick when you search, page through results, or follow a deep link, instead of disappearing or showing an error.
