As we grow, we’re producing more ideas, conversations, and insights than we can physically turn into content. Between founder discussions, customer calls, internal debates, and the pace of AI, there’s a constant stream of moments worth sharing. We’re looking for someone who can help us turn all of that into clear, engaging content across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram. About the Role

ReelFlow is looking for someone energetic and creative to help us bring our ideas, conversations, and insights to life across social media. We’re a growing B2B company working at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and AI, and we have a constant stream of great content waiting to be shared - we just need someone to organise and amplify it.

You’ll work closely with the founders and go-to-market team to capture, edit, and distribute content, from short clips and quotes to AI-generated videos and social posts. Think of yourself as the bridge between raw ideas and finished content, turning team conversations, podcasts, and internal brainstorms into engaging moments for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content extraction & repurposing:
    • Review meeting transcripts, calls, and podcasts to pull out interesting quotes, insights, and soundbites.
    • Turn those into shareable assets (short videos, quote cards, carousels, or written posts).
  • Video & audio editing:
    • Use tools like Veed, or similar, to edit short clips and prepare them for posting.
    • Repurpose audio-only content into video snippets with captions or motion backgrounds.
    • Test and use emerging AI video and creative tools such as HeyGen, Sora, and Veo3 to produce engaging and visually creative content.
  • Social media scheduling & posting:
    • Maintain a steady flow of content across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
    • Upload and manage posts, keeping channels fresh and on-brand.
  • Idea generation & trend-spotting:
    • Identify trending topics and suggest creative ways to join conversations.
    • Capture “nuggets” from everyday internal discussions and turn them into content moments.
  • Collaboration:
    • Coordinate short “content capture” sessions with team members -  recording clips, Q&As, and insights
    • Organise all assets in shared folders for easy access and review.

Who You Are

  • Confident and active across social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable editing and producing short-form video content.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to record content independently, bonus points if you already have basic creator kit to move fast
  • Curious and excited about experimenting with new AI and creative tools.
  • Highly organised, with a knack for turning unstructured content into clear, engaging stories.
  • Self-motivated and proactive - you enjoy learning and iterating.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of B2B marketing or brand storytelling.
  • Experience with AI tools for video or copy creation.
  • A design or creative background is a plus.
